Video Of Man Killed By Police Torture While Restrained

See this video and more police misconduct.

The use of electric shock as a method of torture was first documented in Nazi, Germany, but today it is still used as an acceptable use of ... all » torture in the United States.

In Gwinnett County, Georgia, an un-edited police videotape shows 31-year-old Deacon Frederick Williams being struck with a TASER five times in 43 seconds, just 4 minutes after being led into the jail.

He was handcuffed behind his back and in leg restraints, following an epileptic seizure at his home; an ambulance was called by his wife and son, but the police arrived first. His last words were: "Don't kill me, man. Don't kill me."

No charges have been filed in the torture / murder; the County DA refused to show this video to a Grand Jury, even though another man in custody was murdered just months earlier after being tortured with a TASER by the same police.

While the Bush administration seeks to reinterpret the Geneva Conventions to allow the torture for foreign detainees, few people realize that torture is already 100% legal in the US when a US citizen is tortured by American State or Federal authorities.

The torture standards now under debate relate only to foreign detainees, who presently retain far more rights than any US citizen. However, the Bush administration has refused to address the documented and widespread torture of its own citizens of which its own officials are fully aware.

What a horrible way to die, arrested from your own home, needing medical attention for a seizure, then strangled and electrocuted to death by those civil servants who are supposedly tasked with protecting our people.

I am a white male from the USA. I have witnessed first hand the unbelievable cruelty of police and sheriff departments in my home state. Many of their crimes are contained by membership in the local Masons.

This is a common denominator of crimes and subsequent cover-ups which is largely overlooked and ignored. Masons have sworn and are bound by a fear of death oath to protect their "Mason Brothers" beyond any laws and lie if necessary. I suspect this may be the case for the DA not allowing the video evidence to be seen by a grand jury.

Think about -- if you had committed a murder which was filmed, would the tape be allowed as evidence against you?

Rest in peace Frederick Williams; my thoughts are with you and your family.

One almost wonders why they even allowed the entire thing to be video taped and for the footage to get leaked, unless they are also into the practice of making snuff films. Not only are they a bunch of murderers, they also make snuff films, evidently.

This video footage is also empirical evidence that government agents use force that is disproportional to the situation, even without considering the fact they murdered the man. For example: Notice the number of deputies used to place a corpse into restraints, while simulatenously shouting at the corpse to not "resist." How, pray tell me, a sane person would be reacting in such a way to a corpse.

I am an undercover investigative reporter, independent from government controlled news media bias/black-out and work with other independent journalists telling AMERICA THE TRUTH.

What happened to this precious young man is terrible. It is also only a small PREVIEW of the coming POLICE STATE USA I thoroughly research and document, complete with over 600 MODERN CONCENTRATION CAMPS, THOUSANDS of prisoner boxcars with shackles, secret government/military lists of millions of our fellow Americans secretly spied upon and profiled, to someday be ROUNDED UP and TERMINATED in "AMERIKA UNDER THE NEW WORLD ORDER." I come from a high end Pentagon USAF military family, I HAVE my inside gov/mil/intelligence community contacts, and NONE of this is a joke or exaggeration. People in POLICE and MILITARY know this is coming...perhaps this was only PRACTICE????-Pamela Schuffert

all i about this event is what i see in the video. what i see is about ten week minded cops who have lost control of their emotions and intentialy killed this person. its one thing for a single officer to kill a person who is threatening his life but its another to kill a man who has been restrained. i dont know how common this type of event is but this needs to be noticed by more people. its murder and just because your a police officer doesnt mean you can get away with it

This is the price the American Citizens have to pay for their blindness ,their deafness and for the hamburgers, the movies, the cola, the idols and all other symbols of their 'way of life'. The citizens who live in a Country where such thing is allowed, all they are responsible for not fighting back... American freedom is fake and you don't have to be a politician to realize it and a black president is the next American big invention to fake it a bit more...
tonight I saw Jesus put on the Cross.
May God forgive us.

We might as well all be guilty when we refuse to fight back. Police brutality decreases when an example is made of one of their own. They respect power and power comes from violence. When they know that their families will get hurt when they step out of line. I think we all need to start being just as cold blooded and violent as they are.
